Here's how to download the electonic copy of the newsletter:

1. put your mouse pointer over the link to the issue you wish to download.
2. click the right button on your mouse to bring up the "context" menu (windows/*nix)
   click and hold the mouse until the context menu displays (Mac)
3. select "save target as (IE)" or "save link as (Firefox/Mozilla)"
4. save the file (.pdf) to your Desktop (this makes it easier to find later)
5. alternately, you can left click on the link which will open the newsletter file if you have the Adobe Acrobat reader properly installed.
6. if you don't have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, the "Get Acrobat Reader" button below when clicked will take you to the Adobe website where you can get the Acrobat Reader for free.
